Defective couch

I bought a Laurence Corner couch from Cielo last year and it was delivered in November. Unfortunately wasn’t able to assemble it then, so I asked for it to be delivered in storage. I got to unpack this January and I discovered it had a defect on one of the legs, the underside board, was worn and loose, which made it impossible to I attach the leg and they had also delivered one incorrect leg. Fortunately from the moment I placed the call to Cielo to lodge a complaint, they were most helpful and understanding, they managed to sort out the issue for me. Renushcka, checked in with me to see if the supplier had been in touch and whenever they hadn’t she got on the call to let them know that I was still waiting to hear from them. I would like to thank her for sorting out the issue for with haste and also for ensuring that the suppliers keep to their times. I definitely will be making another purchase at Cielo, since I know they can are reliable and ensure customers needs are well taken care of.
