Damaged product, poor after sales service

Ordered the Christofina patio dining set as well as a lounge set. Table arrived damaged. The *****s and hardware were just thrown loose in the box, which is what caused the damage. I opened a support case to have the table exchanged and I was contacted by someone saying a courier will collect the old table. This was more than a week ago. Zero progress. Very unhappy with Cielo as a first time customer. I just want what I paid for. I’m posting here with the hopes that this will get escalated and that someone will actually assist me.
