Damaged Goods

I purchased 4 bar chairs but 2 had slight dings in the base plates. I took photos which I had to submit and Cielo arranged for them to collect them from me . Once they received them, they sent me a new set of the 2 chairs. I must say I was very hesitant but the service went very well. I was also worried about the timeline but it was smooth and they kept me informed. Well done and thank you. Well done to Roxann and Sune.
