Damaged (cracked) 4 x bar chairs - Cielo Order No. 329697

We bought 4 x demo bar chairs which were delivered on Friday-16/02/2024. Unfortunately for us, we didn't open the package until today-18/02/2024 only to notice that the chairs were in fact damaged (deep cracks) and unsuitable for our use. We were of an understanding that Cielo demo products were like-new products.
