Damaged bar chair delivered

I recently purchased the bar chairs online from the above mentioned furniture store . All paid for in cash and the items were well packaged when delivered to my house . only to see the bar chair is scratched and has marks , I have send my complaint to them directly and yet they have not done a thing , I send the photos and all and I am being send from pillar to post , I am disgusted by service and lack of feedback from them . I dealt with Natusha Schultz and now Lunga Ndungane. This is pathetic for such reputable furniture store
