Customer service - returning ordered item - wrong item ordered

I ordered a mattress online and I was of the view that I am buying a full set (base and mattress). Upon delivery, I noted the error. I called Cielo the following day and the process has been very easy. I was kept abreast of all developments daily, the customer service consultant was professional, kind and provided excellent customer service. I received the refund and I am happy with the service thus far.
