Customer service is good but some parts fall through the cracks

I exchanged one of the bar chairs that arrived broken. Cielo quickly sorted out the exchange and the process was done in about a week’s time (I would say it was fairly quick). Upon purchasing my two chairs, I told the guy who helped me at the Blouberg branch that my name and address was spelt incorrectly. He told me he fixed it immediately. Unfortunately, that is still an uphill battle going forward - after a few emails and phone calls, it’s STILL NOT FIXED. Although the communication with me was done swiftly and properly, the same things told to me was not told to the courier company who Cielo uses, which caused confusion between all parties and a delay in the broken chair to be picked up. All in all, I would still say the service was good and swift, but the small things do also matter and influence the planning of one’s day, so it would be worth it to look into it.
