CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN ON A SUNDAY

i sent an email on Friday 6 November to enquire how to clean my Bamboo Memory Foam mattress topper. And I had a response in my inbox by Sunday 8 November - working on weekends to keep customers happy ---unheard of ... thank you! And then I even received a follow up on Monday 9/11. Great customer service.
