Absolutely blown away by the level of customer care I received from Cielo for my Stormfox stand up paddle board. I emailed for a clip which is as broken on my paddle- I was reassured the piece would arrive before I left on holiday and even told a courier would bring it to my holiday destination if needs be. After first use I was uncertain if my valve was leaking or if this was normal. I recieved emails of step by step how to try rectify the problem myself, follow emails to check if the instructions had worked- they had- and even a phone call to check if I was still happy with my board! This level of service is appreciated! Definitely glad I chose to buy Stormfox!
