After receiving a damaged headboard (damaged was clearly caused by rough handling of courier) the Customer Service Agent, Chante Hobbs, acted fast to assist us with replacing the headboard. She supp**** us with information and regular updates as to the progress of the replacement. She was calm and thorough despite our, sometimes frustrated tone. With Chante's assistance a new item was delivered in roughly 7 working days.
