Cudo's to Cielo's After-Sales
I ordered a hanging chair and when it arrived some key components were missing, the cushion threading was coming undone and stand wouldn't fit together. But to their credit their after-sales team was very good, and facilitated the exchange to a working piece within 3 days (I suspect it would have been sooner but it was over a weekend).
