Cielo's Courier is Terrible

We love Cielo's products but very poor experience with their courier of choice, Usifast. I have spoken to friends who have bought from them and they had similar experiences. Cielo is causing harm to their own brand by continuing to use this company. I understand it's a 3rd party, but it's still part of the customer experience when purching from Cielo, that is why I am reviewing them too.
