CIELO WORST SERVICE

I am writing this review to share how disappointed I am with this company. Worst service I have ever experienced.

We ordered 3 items from them last year November 2023 - an office chair , office desk and a TV unit. Each item delivered was broken (one broken in transit) the other two items were broken and you could see it had been repaired very badly with wood filler and the cracks were visible. The office desk drawer cannot open. We returned the items only to get back the same chair which was just fixed again with more wood filler. The tv stand is still in our house and they have delivered the replacement drawers but they were the wrong size. We have now been waiting close to 3 months for the correct drawers to be sent. I have sent numerous emails most of them have no response or a different story each time (first it was handed over to couriers and then it was being sent to another branch)

I have been more than understanding in my emails and have asked nicely each time but I am now at the point of just returning the entire unit to their store and they must refund me.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN!!! You pay a fortune for *******!
