Cielo the worst! - DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FROM THEM.
The WORST furniture business I have ever experienced!!! If only They could respond to my emails about an order that I placed and paid for in FULL or give ME BACK MY MONEY!

We apologise for any inconvenience or lapse in service from our team in terms of replying to your emails. Emails are normally responded to promptly. We have found that sometimes emails do land up in customers junk mail folders, which may or may not be the case here. Our policy is that all sales queries or queries on orders be responded to on the same day, or if received later in the day, by the following morning.
Your complaint has been forwarded to the relevant heads of departments to investigate and to ensure we improve our systems and processes accordingly.
