Venando was very friendly and helpful, providing a wonderful shopping experience. The problem came when I was only informed furniture was not available in the showroom and I had to wait for at least 7 -10 days delivery time. I would have preferred to have been informed this before making my decision to buy. Fortunately, furniture was delivered the following week. Unfortunately, one of the pieces delivered was incorrect and had to start delivering with Customer Care department. Chante Hobbs made the recovery experience seamless as she kept me updated report get to the end, understanding my urgent request to expedite the replacement as I had to travel the out of the country.
