Cielo staff *********** with no regard for customer! Service disappointing!

I placed an online order with cielo around the 17 April 2020. Patiently waited for my order to be processed and delivered. On 14 May the status of the order was updated to shipping soon.

On the 23 May an email was sent to me updating me that the order would be collected from the warehouse on the 23 or 27 May 2020.

The week went by. I patiently waited and understood that maybe there were delays. No one called me to give me an update on this.

On the 29 May I called enquiring about my order. Only to get told that Maruschka who is dealing with the order had gone home for the day, her colleague assured me that she’d gotten in touch with her to contact me via email. Till today I am still waiting for her email.

Again yesterday I contacted them, spoke to a lady who assured me that Maruschka would email me, she still hasn’t.

The order was set to back order because the chairs I bought are out of stock, but no one bothered to tell me this, so I could at least decide if I want them to hold on to my money while they sort out their stock issues.

Maruschka seems to be an *********** person who has no regard for her customers, she’s not honest and clearly doesn’t care enough about her job to be able to handle things with customers in a professional manner.

All I want is for Cielo to deliver the couch I bought with my hard earned cash and refund me for the chairs they do not have in stock.

I am quite disappointed with how Cielo operates. I read most of the reviews about them and against my better judgement I still went ahead and bought from them regardless of what the reviews said, I regret this decision.
