Cielo **** and false advertising

We bought a Christopher Cinema "Leather" reclining set in May 2020 amongst other items. Total spent was R41 000.

The recliners was marketed and advertised as Full Leather Uppers. Meaning every part toucing your body is full Leather. This however is not the case. The armrest started cracking and you can clearly see it's **** leather. The one chair's mechanism is busy failing. The other chair's pop out handle broke off completely.

I had very poor communication from customer care. They said "As per out Terms and Conditions, your warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12-months from the date of delivery.

However, this does not form part of your warranty, as you are out of warranty.

Kindly note we are unable to assist."

This to me is unacceptable. I requested the manufacturers warranty card without any response. Pelisa Rqoza kept on sending me the standard terms and conditions and failing to answer my questions. I know the manufacturer won't have a standard 12 month warranty. This was supposed to be an investment peice, but it turned out to be a **** with false advertising.
