Cielo Refunded my Order

I received my refund from Cielo, I must add that i was very humbled by the humility of the consultants and the manner they addressed my query. I honestly hope that the mix up was an error which inconvenienced me a lot, it will be useful for Cielo to put the necessary checks and balances in place with their partners to minimise unnecessary mistakes.
