CIELO - PREMIUM PRICE - SHODDY SERVICE!

I received the Carl Office Chair (White) today and the box was open. When I looked inside and started unpacking the items to put the chair together, some of the parts where not wrapped in bubblew wrap and others where stained on the fabric. There was also fingerprints and dirt on the frame. This chair looks like it has been used either by someone else who returned it OR it comes off the floor as a demo.

This is absolutely unacceptable - buying from a premium brand like Cielo, this is not what I expected but it is most certainly what I got! I wish to have this chair replaced with the same item BUT A NEVER USED, BRAND NEW ONE!
