Cielo poor customer care and non apologetic tiwards any factory faults
1. The couch too two months to be delivered. Each time I phoned I was delivery the next day but the next came and there was no delivery each time. 2. After assembling the couch I realized it be of the head rests has a factory fault. They forgot to bolt in the adjusting lever. 3. Stone ridge store could help us 4. Emailed the store and they promised to pick up the couch and bring a new one 5. Today they sent an email say I must deassemble the couch and wrap then let them know when to come pick it.
Generally my history with this store is not a pleasant story. Their delivery commitment are false and actually take very long. They are so inconsiderate of the client. The attitude I got from the stone ridge store is appalling

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from receiving the order and delivery normally within 4 -6 business days, unless of course we are out of stock.
We are committed to providing high quality products and wherever products are delivered damaged or where manufacturing defects exists - we exchange, repair or refund such products.
I have looked into this matter and could not locate the query logged with our customer care department in your name. Unless the purchase was made under another name.
