Cielo overcharge and under-deliver

Not a great experience at all. Whilst most quality places offer free assembly immediately, Cielo charges a hefty fee. Then after you pay for assembly boxes of furniture are delivered and left, with no contact or scheduling of the assembly. Their response is simply that their technical team will be in contact. Not to mention delivery being sent with missing boxes that had to be located and arrangements for delivery made again. Disappointing.
