I honestly don’t even know where to start, except to say thank you to the team at Cielo Hillcrest for being the saving grace I didn’t know I needed.

After a terrible experience with another furniture retailer, walking into this brand-new Cielo (opened in November, in the middle of Black Friday chaos!!) felt like a breath of fresh air. Despite being a new store in the busiest month of the year, the service was calm, organized, transparent and genuinely caring.

A huge thank you to our consultant Thandeka. She was warm, patient, honest and so on the ball with communication. Even when she hadn’t received updates yet, she still called just to keep us in the loop — and that meant the world to us. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about the customer’s experience from start to finish, and she truly did.

The store is beautiful, the staff are kind, professional and the entire experience felt effortless. We found every item we wanted (and better versions of them!) and left feeling looked after, not brushed aside.

Thank you, Cielo Hillcrest, for treating us like humans and not just another sale. We can’t wait to furnish our home with you.
