Cielo - good product, not so good service

Someone phoned me after the delivery to rate their service. I am happy with the product, but asked that they send me some info on care and maintenance of the patio set, as i would like to take good care of such an expensive patio set The person said he would get back to me the following day, but I have not heard anything yet Also, the product is great, but Cielo was not willing to negotiate ANY discount even though the purchase was for more than R70K
