I bough a leather sofa from Cielo. I try to collect it myself but was told that it is not possible and that it will be delivered. After a couple of days it was delivered. After opening the boxes I realize they sent me 2 of the same side "chairs" of the sofa. Now all I want from them is to bring me the correct side. Today I was told that in about 5 or 6 days they will bring me new packaging so I can wrap the wrong side. Then they will come some time and pick up the wrapped wrong side. Then AFTER that they will bring me the right side also in a couple of days.
How difficult is it to bring me the correct side, use the wrapping of the correct side and take the wrong one back???
