Cielo Furniture - pathetic customer service

Cielo furniture store delivered a table I'd bought online. It cam scratched and dented. Reported it immediately. More than 2 weeks later, they have not refunded me nor collected the damaged goods. Their customer service is non existent. The standard response to all of my emails is "Kindly be advised that I have forward the below to our aftersales department to advise on your refund.
