CIELO FURNITURE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE - VERY UNRELIABLE
Placed an order for 6 bar stools in Aug 2018 and December 2018 we are still getting excuses with regards to shipment delays. They are totally unreliable, quick at taking your cash upfront and judging by other complaints on Hello Peter very slow on delivery. Out of desperation, we have requested for a refund, which also seem to be a long winded story. Please be aware and email them to find out about stock availability before placing your order and parting with your cash. Disappointed as we really like the bar stools.

Thank you for your feedback on Hello Peter. All feedback from our customers, whether positive or negative, helps us to identify areas to improve our product and service offering.
Our delivery times are generally very quick and possibly the fastest in the industry. We ship out thousands of orders each month of which almost all orders are delivered within 5 business days (with the exception of orders over Black Friday and December where delivery time frames are somewhat longer). Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days from receiving the order, unless of course we are out of stock. The majority of items listed on our website or displayed in store (95%+) are in fact in stock. When items are not in stock customer can choose to be on back-order and an estimated time of arrival is given. Occasionally these dates could move out for a number of reasons, including delays in ports etc. This year for example, a number of our Asian suppliers’ factories got flooded after the Typhoon season causing severe delays. The reasons for the delays are of course not your problem. We realise we have disappointed you and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We hope you would consider Cielo again for future furniture purchases.
