Cielo furniture a bad buy

Bought a new Villora patio table from Cielo furniture, all the *****s and washers and assembly hardware were missing phoned the Centurion branch, I am only getting excuses why they can not supply the assembly hardware. I would recommend only buying fully assembled items from Cielo or nothing at all as even they are not sure what is in the boxes. I tried to have them come collect their table which is also an problem. Looks like I bought a table which I can not return nor assemble. So be informed before buying from them. Were planning on buying other furniture from them, Cielo have made sure I will not buy anything from them again.
