Cielo furniture

I recently purchased a headboard from Cielo online, and while the initial item wasn’t the material I wanted, the return and exchange process was seamless. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I received my new headboard within 10 days. I’m very impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I initially ordered the Kate headboard and exchanged it for the Hailey headboard along with a Vancouver desk. My only suggestion would be to have the desk come pre-assembled, but overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. 🥰
