Cielo furniture

I have purchased a hanging chair a month ago and still have not received it. What the furniture company did to me was to organize some parts that did not fit together and moreover there were some missing parts as well that was delivered to me. I requested them to come collect their mediocre chair and give me a proper chair. Am still waiting. Customer services is sickening and have no regards to serve at client’s pleasure. No updates given to me lest I complain.
