Cielo

I think Cielo has good products, but their online shopping and buying experience can be better. When ordering goods, an invoice should go with the goods, or at least emailed to the customer once goods are dispatched. I had to email and ask for an invoice to be sent to me. The return process can also be improved. I realise there are processes and procedures to follow, but their turnaround on items to be returned can be more efficient.
