Cielo Excellence

I ordered a bed and matress from Cielo. All 4 items was delivered witin a week. I was unaware that the matress was sealed in a box.

I informed Cielo that I did not receive my matress - unaware that it is in the box. They assisted me immediately

From the time that I logged my complaint until it was resolved I was accommodated in a very effecient and respectful manner.

The service was exellent! A real pleasure to do business with.
