I love Cielo. But my recent experience with them I can only score Cielo a 3-star. I have ordered a protective cover for my Cantilever umbrella on 27-01-2023. At least I have been informed on the same day I have placed the order that the manufacturing backorder is 2-3 weeks. I have received the cover on 28-02-2023. And it is such a simple cover to manufacture.
