Such disappointing customer service. The sales team don’t follow up and communicate delivery times. Been waiting for a couch bought in March 2024 and each week delivery is promised. When asked what’s the delay, feedback is always “we don’t know” the “ETA keeps shifting”. Just got told yesterday to wait another month to end June 👀👀 How is this ok? They should have been upfront and not misleading at time of purchase cause it was all a lie. Now I want a refund. Even this is a long process… smh 🤦🏾♀️
