Cielo delivery with parts missing
I purchased a Olin PE Rattan Hanging Chair on 18 May and it was delivered with some assembly pieces missing, also no assembling manual was included. I notified Cielo and till today they have not sent the missing pieces, all they do is promise but do nothing. They are taking me for a ride as it's more than a month now. Horrible service, never again!
