Cielo delivery promise is a BIG ****. three weeks later I dont have my refund or my chairs

I am very disappointed at the level of service I received from Cielo Brooklyn.

I bought three bar chairs on the ***x and they told me I would get my chairs the following week. when I called on the date they promised to have my chairs they confirmed that the chairs were in the store. when i got there i was told that there is only one chair. I had to waste my petrol for nothing. A week later I called again only to be told the truck is still on the way. the week passed and I still don't have my chairs. everytime I call them they promise to call me but they never do until i call them.

Now this Saturday (20 October 2018) it will be the forth week and I have told them to either have my chairs or my refund, they can't promise to have my refund and neither can they promise that my chairs will be available. It's like they're running a ****.

I have learned my lesson - I will never buy anything from these ****** who promise you delivery dates when they know they do not have stock. they do not take their customers seriously
