Cielo Cast Iron Pots Disappointment

I bought cast iron pots from them, after being sold a dream by their sales person only for the pots to disappoint me. Doesn’t matter what your stove setting is, Cielo pots will always burn whatever you are cooking. Funny thing is they even burn while heating the oil. PLEASE DONT BUY CIELO POTS, they are the worst pots anyone can ever purchase. At this point LeCreuset might be the only hope. When you complain to their customer service they tell you “please use low heat”. So save your money.
