Cielo Brooklyn pathetic service

I bought a full extra length queen size bed which I paid in full on the 29th of June 2020, today is the 6th August and I havent received any feedback... I have called Cielo Brooklyn I don't know how many times, it's excuses after the other.. I've been told the headboard is ready they waiting for the base hence dey still manufacturing it, mean hello its been months. I am very disappointed and ders a whole lot of things I wanted to buy from them, but this was ans is a serious turn off

I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them, I cannot wait for over a months with no feedback no1 calling me unless if I do it doesn't make sense at all
