Cielo brand not trustworthy
I placed an order online for some furniture only to be told a day later they are out of stock.. still waiting for a refund. now Im left without the money and the furniture.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
In 99% of cases, items advertised on our website are in fact in stock. Often when we are out of stock these items are temporarily removed. Some products such as headboards and bed bases are sometimes made to order especially when specific fabrics are chosen. We are in the process of implementing a new system that would integrate stock levels between our various warehouses and stores with our online store and which would update the online store stock status or expected time of new stock arrival accordingly.
