I am absolutely appalled by the service at Cielo. 3 weeks ago they delivered a broken bed and the wood was wet and damaged. I immediately returned the bed and till today I am waiting for my refund. Shocking service indeed and I wonder if I am getting this treatment because I am black and to them black lives do not matter.
