Cielo - bad product and service

Bought 5 Melina bar stools - looked great in advert - 1 arrived with table s**** size gouge out of wooden sest and another with saw cut marks in the steel legs - all 5 placed together slighly but visibly not the same height and balance - sent photos of defects to customer care and response was' its natural wood and might not be seen as a defect'(ignoring the metal defects) and 2 werks later stil waiting for them to be be replaced or refunded for all 5 - overall badly made and dismmisive response from customer service - looking at other complaints the apologies recieved are lip service - bad experience to date and not ovrr yet - avoid this company
