Cielo and their so called “scotch-guarding”
Bought a lounge suite there and it was supposed to have been scotch-guarded. When we received the furniture, the wrapping on the boxes were so dirty there is no possibility that it was unwrapped, scotch-guarded and then wrapped in the same wrapping material. They are providing a “certificate” to say it was done when we purchased the set but it is not possible. On the delivery note from the courier, the couches were not scotch-guarded. So what to do now? According to the salesperson, drop some water onto it (take a video) and send it to them. I have insisted that they send someone out to do the scotch-guarding again but they refuse to do this
