Cielo - accounts department - Disapointing!!
I am very disapointed in the service from Cielo Furniture Store. I ordered a headboard in December 2021 - was told it will be available for collection in 4 - 6 weeks time. Followed up mid & end Feb only to find they have no stock. Requested for refund which i was told will take 17 working days. After regular calls to Cielo accounts department the funds have still not been pd back. This is ridiculous!!!
