Cielo, a waste of time

I had read the poor reviews on Ceilo, especially the customer service. Thought possibly it is only a few cases. We spent in excess of R100k with them on the first order. Two different headboards delivered, when they should have been matching. No feet on one of the headboards. Cushion damaged on one of the couches. Two months later, still no resolution. Have been to the store on numerous occasions, customer service a waste of time, head office promises action, never hear anything after that. No availability of management to resolve issues. What you read on the reviews are true, even the store staff agree. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
