Cielo - a pleasure to deal with.

Compliments to Cielo and their staff that we interacted with. From our initial visit to their Bay West Mall (PE) store, served by Melissa then the following day our inquiry was handled by Faieka which culminated in our placing our order which was delivered to an out of PE destination five days later, well done. Unfortunately when we got the table home and unpacked it it was found to be damaged. We recorded such with Faieka who passed the matter onto customer service and after due process, which must be fully understood and appreciated a replacement table was delivered some ten days later - thank you Simbabalwe and subsequently Dayyanah for your efficiency and courteous service.
