Cielo: A pleasant online shopping experience

I was doubtful to buy from Cielo due to bad experiences with online shopping especially in terms of quality. My pleasant experience started with a person called Ntombekhaya Faleni, a customer liaison person, who was very responsive to my queries with a lot of patience from the moment they received my order. When the order was ready, I was called by the delivery company, my instructions confirmed, and delivery date confirmed. The end product was of high quality, and I am very happy with Cielo. Even though they delivered within the specified time, it seemed and felt like a long time to wait for the items ordered. It is for that that I give them a 4 rating instead of a 5. However, i fully recommend buying from Cielo. I was pleasantly surprised.
