Cielo 7 weeks Order Still Part Delivered

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY ARE SUPER SUPER SLOW. EXPECT DELIVERY MIN ONE MONTH. TERRIBLE

I bought 3 stools on the 3rd of June. From their website they don't have any stock level so I know something is out of stock. After a few days they told me they do not have 2 of the three stools - out of stock please wait 2 weeks or whatever. I wait

They proceeded and delivered one stool. I am patient. They say the stock will be available in a few weeks. They deliver one chair instead of two. I mean what level of incompetence is this.

I chat with their online agents and all you get is promises that it will be resolved. Short story this is week 7 and I am still waiting for my chair.
