I ordered the wrong product, realised my mistake in 2 days and consulted with Cielo Lifestyle. They reviewed my request to change to the intended product and authorised the swop as i could still produce the original packaging. The prize difference was not discussed (the intended product was a little cheaper), but they organised for the courier to pick it up again. The matter was successfully handled and everything sorted in a matter of just over 2 weeks. Thank you very much.
