Ceilo please improve the way you tackle the customer issues especially if it’s not the customer fault

Chairs I bought had wrong legs.I’m now told I might have to wait 7-14 days for them to be changed.I was promised a call back but nothing as yet.I’m so fustrated because I’m running a business as an Airbnb.
