Ceilo *****ing money and ************** against people with disabilities

In my life have i not experienced such arrogance, ************** and none existing service or disrespect.

Purchasing two products online. Besides the incredible long waiting time for products to arrive, it looks nothing like on the website. **** wood that are just stickers.

Now, let's log a return. That doesn't exist with them!

Calling their client contact centre during business hours multiple times, you get the voice mail that it is outside office hours. At last someone on their WhatsApp line assists.

I got fairly quick response from there.... A lady contacts me, logs the return request and indicate that Kramerville is closest store to me. During telephone discussion she asks if I want to exchange it for something else or a refund. I explicitly state refund!

She informs me... If you paid by credit card, store will refund to credit card in store. If you have a debit card, you need to take proof of banking details and copy of ID WITH to store. I confirmed this verbally with her for clear understanding multiple times.

Get to Kramerville store... And here the horrific experience starts.

1) the oversized box with two clocks in of nearly 8kg I have to carry up 2 flights of stairs. They do not have a lift nor cater for people with disabilities! 2) two staff members (men) see me carrying the oversized box, and do not offer any assistance. 3) get to 'reception' and a staff member with the biggest unprofessional **** eyelashes sits (and remains seated) ask me what I want. They eyelashes are so big that she cannot lift her head. I indicate I'm there to return items. Without conversation with me, she picks up the phone. Calls someone. Then tells me... She said you must go to her. (Note I'm still there with the massive and over sided box which not a single staff member offered any level of assistance with). I also asked why there's no lift. **** eyelashes says ask the management. I ask where are they so I can then ask them... She answers PE. Make a plan. 4) with flared temper now I walk towards where person sits who refused to approach a client, named Astrid! 5) I indicate I spoke to client centre who spoke to them about return. I'm told she knows nothing about it. Ask if I have an email. I take out my phone with the email and Astrid proceeds to want to grab MY phone out of MY hand! I refused. I provided a reference number. 6) once again, no communication she does whatever on computer and then says, oh I know about this. (This was after I was told that she doesn't know about it). Note... No apology! 7) Astrid grabs a PAPER BOOK an write something in it. Ask me to sign it. Note... Tricks were ticked on the paper book by Astrid and not myself. 8) Astrid says... You sent all your documents? Which documents I ask. Your proof of banking and copy of your ID. Now note here... This is excessive data collection and not in line with POPIA and minimality requirements. I indicate no, as I was informed during my telephone call that refund on credit cards are done on the card in store. NO she replies and jumps on the phone... Note... No communication. Now the last little bit of control I had at that point in time left was gone! 9) Astrid tells whoever she is speaking to that I'm saying call centre told me refund on credit card. And after call ended... I am told YOU ARE WRONG! Just there, Astrid ensured to call me a ****! I asked her if she is calling me a ****? No. She re****, yet continues to tell me that what I'm saying is impossible and it cannot be true. 10) after being referred to aa untruthful. I was further insulted by Astrid on my intellectual capacity! 11) no document was going to be issued to me and I had to walk out the store with no evidence of return. 12) I insisted on a copy of the paper that was filled in ans left the items there and walked out of the store.

No refund! No apology! No effort! No attempt to resolve issue!

Worse part of it all is the core values of Ceilo and pure ************** against people with disabilities, unempathetic staff and unprofessionally dressed and make-up of staff. But pure ************** at their core!
