Ceilo - Excellent Service and product

We recently purchased patio lounge set from the sanctuary branch. Unfortunately the coffee table arrived with a part missing in order for us to connect the legs into the table. We made contact with the store who escalated the matter. The way that this was dealt with at store level by stephan as well as by Tarah at head office customer service was excellent. Such a pleasure to receive great service and an absolutely awesome product. Highly recommended the levento patio set, very versatile.
